booking courses:

Bookings are acceptable over the phone but must be confirmed by email or in writing minimum of four weeks of the course delivery. Build Your Skills Training reserve the right to re-allocate spaces where confirmation is not made.

course delivery instructions:

On receipt of full payment, all details of the course will be sent by email. This will include address of the venue, time and course duration. Until this is received instruction will not be forwarded.

Cancellation:

You reserve the right to cancel a booked course, providing you have given 28days notice in writing. This should be acknowledge by Build Your Skills Training.
If a cancellation is made after 28-14 days, a quarter of the full sum is payable. If a cancellation is made after 14-7 days, half of the total sum is payable. If a course is cancelled less than 7 days the full sum is payable to Build Your Skills Training. However there is a 48 hours cooling off period for cancellations where no charges will be applied. Whether the course is to take place at a venue provided by us or on your premises the same T&Cs apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances where Build Your Skills Training will have to cancel a course we will provide a full refund or if we have to reschedule we aim to give you at least seven days notice.

Course Content:

Build Your Skills Training reserve the right to alter the content of any course to facilitate changes and current developments.

Safety:

Attendee of the course should a heard to safety and security precautions in place on the premises where training is being delivered.

Payment:

Balances must be paid in full before attendee/s can attend the course. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash. All cheques should be paid to Build your Skills Training.

Complaints:

We endeavour to completely satisfy all our clients requirements. However we acknowledge that there may be an occasion where you may not be completely happy with the service. In this case this we will treat your complaints seriously and resolve the matter in a professional manner.
